Education and networking are key components of the Kansas Bed and Breakfast Association mission, and the annual conference is specifically planned to help you be better prepared for future success in our ever changing industry. Please join us April 28-29 and take advantage of this opportunity to gain further insight into the issues that will impact the future of your business. This conference is planned for you by innkeepers who care about you and the future of our dynamic industry.

The conference offers:
  • Expert speakers
  • Informative workshops
  • Great networking opportunities with other innkeepers
CONFERENCE DETAILS:

Sunday evening will be a Western themed murder mystery - "Murder at the Deadwood Saloon" - and chuck wagon dinner (Best in the West).

Click here for details about the murder mystery. Go to Page 3 of this file for a listing of characters.  (large file, give a few seconds up upload)

Characters will be available on a first come-first 'conference booked' - first served basis. Conferences attendees should arrive on Sunday dressed in costume for the evening. Should we have a little 'red carpet' action to show off our costumes. Will anyone arrive in a 'surrey with the fringe in top'?

Maybe we should have a few awards for ...best costume, fanciest boots, biggest hat (women and mens), best makeup, etc. This may be just the best shindig you've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Come be entertained.

DESSERT or APPETIZER?

On the registration form you will have the option to sign up to bring either your favorite appetizer (if bringing a salsa or dip, please bring your favorite chips, too) or dessert. Be sure to bring about 25 copies of the recipe to share your treat with all of us. Please let us know which you will bring so we don't get lopsided with one or the other.
